You know how the other day I was recounting the story of David and his Bell experiences, how he's been trying for almost 2 years to get his phone fixed/replaced?
Well this afternoon he called the "executive number" given to him by the assistant manager at the Bell store. They were on the phone for 8 minutes, until she hung up on him. He is now on the phone with Bell again, talking with someone different, and had to tell the whole story over again.
Um, just wanted to put that out there!
